Man Utd to move for Cabaye

Manchester United boss David Moyes is looking to bring in two midfielders for his squad and has added Newcastle’s Yohan Cabaye on his wish list.

After missing out on Thiago Alcantara, Moyes turned his focus towards Barcelona’s Cesc Fabregas followed up by Everton’s Marouane Fellaini and rounding up the wish list St. James’ Park star Yohan Cabaye.

United still have their minds set on bringing Fabregas to Old Trafford, but their hopes of signing the midfielder was dealt a blow when Barcelona turned down their £26m bid.

Barcelona coach Tito Vilanova made clear in a statement that Fabregas is not willing to leave.

Newcastle are aware of Manchester United’s interest in the Frenchman, who is also on Ligue 1 big spenders AS Monaco and Paris Saint-Germain.
PSG boss Laurent Blanc is a known admirer of the 27-year-old and handed him his first cap for the national team.

Cabaye joined Newcastle in 2011 from Lille for £4m, however that value now is tought to be around £20m. Do comment your views.
