How to remove last name from Facebook account?

             We all know that Facebook is one of the leading socila networking sites in the world. Well fb has its pros and cons, one particular drawback that fb has is the fact that it doesn't allow any account withoout a last name. You need a first name and a last name to get your account validated. However using the technique that is shown here, one can easily have a fb account without a last name. FB users in Indonesia have the privilage to have a facebook account without a last name. Thus by using an Indonesian Proxy we can easily remove our last name. By following the steps given below one can have a facebook account without a last name.



P.S : Facebook has started to block some of the ip proxies in some countries. So this trick may not work in some countries. However give it a go.

STEP 1 : Change your browser's proxy (Use Mozilla) to any one of the following proxies.
 To change proxy go options--> networks tab --> settings.
Click the Manual proxy radio button.
Then enter anyone of the proxies given below.
HTTP Proxy :-

• 61.247.45.35
• 180.250.169.14
• 180.250.82.188
• 119.252.160.34

Also tick the Use this proxy for all protocols CHECK BOX.

STEP 2 : Save the settings.

STEP 3 : Go to facebook account settings.

STEP 4 : Change the language to Bahasa Indonesia.

STEP 5 : Now remove your last name in your name setting and save the name!

STEP 6 : Now change the language back to English.

STEP 7 : Bring the proxy back to where it was (Auto detect or System proxy), using the same method said earlier

You are DONEEEE!

( It is preferred to open the account settings before changing the manual proxy, else sometimes it may ask you to log in again).
